Anna Kushnareva

Ayurvedic Counselor and

Panchakarma Technician

I graduated as an Ayurvedic Counselor and Panchakarma Technician at Kerala Ayurveda Academy and will be
graduating from the Ayurvedic Practitioner Program in 2020. As a Registered Nurse, I always looked for ways
to help people to bring back balance, heal, and recover from surgeries and diseases. Through Ayurveda, I
found what was missing in the care I was able to offer within a conventional medical setting. In my
healing method, I work on some combination of energetic, emotional, and physical levels as they are all
interconnected and specific to each person’s condition. Practicing the Ayurvedic lifestyle has improved my
own health and taught me how to prevent disbalance or catch it in the very beginning before it turned
to disease. I am very happy to share this amazing knowledge and wisdom of ancient Vaidyas (sages or
healers) with people who have a genuine interest in this way of healing. Yoga, meditation, and Pranayama are the important parts of my daily routine, and as part of the treatment, I offer
individualized yoga sequences based on a client’s constitution and health needs.
